Aero Pack Products is one of the leading and reputed manufacturers of Industrial Aerosols and Aerosol machinery with a turnover of over 3 crores. Aero Pack Products was established 26 years ago in 1980 .

We have the necessary licenses f rom Maharastra P ollution C ontrol B oard & also from E xplosive s department of Govt. of India to sto re LPG [hydrocarbon].
Mr.A.D.Pradhan , is the CEO and driving force behind the set up. He has over 25yrs experience in chemical production, R&D, manufacturing cosmetic and industrial aerosols. He is a postgraduate in organic chemistry and MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
Infrastructure
The company's production layout and the resulting work environment have been approved by the World Bank . The company's production facility has been funded by World Bank under Montreal Protocol Agreement for preventing depletion of Ozone layer in earth's uppermost atmosphere. We were granted a fund of $70,000 ( Rs 28 lakhs ) by the World Bank in terms of machinery and accessory input that uses environment friendly propellants. The project was successfully implemented in December 1999. Hence the propellants that we use are LPG & Freon 134 A.
Research Achievements
- We have developed the first non-aerosol antispatter product in India . This is used very successfully by for Telco, a Tata group company in automobile industry.
- We have successfully developed & substituted Miracone (Japanese Product) for Spinnerate Application in PSF Spinning Dept. of IndoRama, Nagpur .
- Our Silicone Spray for Spinnerate in Spinning Dept. has been proved result oriented. This product is useful for melt ing Spinning System such as Nylon Polyesters, and have good release properties for synthetic fibre.
- We supply non silicone product to Lumax Industries.
- We are in the process of manufacturing CO2 filling machine.
