Ltd. is a registered SSI Unit and in terms of performance and credit rating has been rated as ‘SE 2A’ (indicating High Performance Capability and High Financial Strength) by NSIC-ONICRA. The company is ISO 9001-2015 certified by TUV-SUD and is confident that it will enhance customer satisfaction through effective application of the system and processes of continual improvement, while meeting customer requirements and adhering to the regulatory norms. We have the necessary licenses from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board & from Explosives department of Govt. of India to store LPG [hydrocarbon].

Key Personnel

Mr. Arvind Pradhan is the M.D and driving force behind the set up. He has over 40 years of experience in chemical production, R&D, manufacturing cosmetic and industrial aerosols. He is a Post Graduate in Organic Chemistry and MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

Mr. Rohan Pradhan is the Director of Marketing & Production and is responsible in handling day to day production activities and handling clients. He has been working with Aero Pack Products for about 12 years now. He holds an Engineering degree from Canada & a MBA degree from S.P. Jain.

Infrastructure

The company’s production layout and the resulting work environment have been approved by the World Bank. The company’s production facility has been funded by World Bank under Montreal Protocol Agreement for preventing depletion of Ozone layer in earth’s uppermost atmosphere. We were granted a fund of $70,000 (Rs 28 lakhs) by the World Bank in terms of machinery and accessory input that uses environment friendly propellants. The project was successfully implemented in December 1999. Hence, the propellants are environment friendly and CFC free.

We offer aerosol filling with a wide variety of propellants, listed below:

1. LPG (Propane + Butane)
2. Dimethyl Ether
3. Compressed Gases – Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen etc.
4. HFCs – 134A, 22 etc.

We have few semi-automatic lines for aerosol filling set-up which is flexible enough for small as well as bigger production runs.

We are manufacturers of Aerosol products of industrial grade, in wide range. We work in 4 different modules.

1st Module = Our Indigenously manufactured products, branded and marketed by us. These are mainly Release Agents for the Synthetic Fibre and Plastic Injection Moulding areas.

2nd Module = Our Indigenously manufactured products, branded and marketed by other companies. These are mainly in the Automotive (after Market) Service products.

3rd Module = Produced for Other Companies according to their formulation and marketed by other companies. These are mainly in category of Touch-Up Paint Spray products.

4th Module = Packing of Active Ingredients into Aerosol Spray Cans. There are various companies for which we carry out such manufacturing activities.

We have undertaken numerous contract filling jobs for the past 20 years.
